SUITE RULES

CHECK-IN: from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM. The keys are handed over by our staff. Each guest must provide a valid ID.

CHECK-OUT: by 10:00 AM. The keys are to be given to our staff or you can leave them on the table and then leave by simply closing the door.

GARBAGE: it is essential to collect the garbage in a differentiated way according to the instructions placed on the containers in the garden/balcony which, on the dates and times indicated, must be taken out of the main door and then collect them empty in the morning. It is forbidden to deposit garbage, even temporarily, outside the door of the apartment. (NB: in case of non-compliance with the standard, a contribution of € 20.00 must be paid for the correct differentiation of garbage).

SAFETY: when not at home, please leave the railings closed and the relative keys on the containers placed near the railing itself.

PROTECTION OF PEOPLE: for the safety of the whole building, please check the closing of the water taps, that there is no stove on and that the coffee machine and air conditioners are turned off when leaving the rented apartment.

CLEANING: for long leases, on the date written on the blackboard placed in the living area, the apartment will be cleaned. On this occasion you can leave dirty towels on the floor.

SMOKING: no smoking in the house (surcharge of € 50.00 for environmental restoration). It is possible to smoke in the garden using ashtrays, paying attention to the synthetic lawn (surcharge of € 50.00 for each square meter to be replaced).

OPEN FLAMES: it is forbidden to light fires, even in the garden (fine of 200 euros plus payment of any damage and complaint to the competent authorities).

ANIMALS: it is forbidden to keep animals of any kind unless explicitly authorized.

UTILITIES: water, electricity, internet and gas are supplied by external suppliers. The Management declines all responsibility for any problem, even temporary, due to reasons beyond our control.

BED ARRANGEMENT: it is forbidden to set up beds other than those already set up. The use of the double room is always valid as an occupancy of two people, therefore, if there are two guests who wish to sleep in two separate rooms the surcharge will be € 20.00.

NUMBER OF GUESTS: in the event that there are more guests than the number declared in the reservation, a supplement of € 20.00 per person per day will be applied.

CHANGE LAN PARAMETERS: it is forbidden to intervene in hw or sw mode on the configuration of the LAN and of the router / modem. Any abuse will be punished with a fine of € 100.00.

SAFE: the apartment is equipped with a room safe. We inform you that the Property is not responsible for any loss or theft in the apartment or safe.
