SUITE RULES
CHECK-IN: from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Keys will be handed over by our staff. Each guest must provide valid identification.
SELF CHECK-IN: after 8:00 PM, only self-check-in is allowed with prior notice at the time of booking.
CHECK-OUT: by 10:00 AM. Keys must be returned to our staff or left on the table before locking the door upon departure.
TRASH: garbage must be sorted as per the instructions on the bins. It is prohibited to leave garbage, even temporarily, outside the apartment door. (Non-compliance will result in a €20 fee for proper sorting).
SECURITY: when not at home, ensure the grilles are closed, and keys are left in the trays near the grilles.
SAFETY: for building safety, please ensure water taps are turned off, no stoves are left on, and the coffee machine and air conditioners are turned off when leaving the rented property.
CLEANING: for long stays, cleaning will be done on the date indicated on the blackboard in the living area. Please leave towels for replacement on the floor.
SMOKING: smoking indoors is prohibited (a €100 surcharge applies for restoration). Smoking is allowed outdoors.
OPEN FLAMES: lighting fires, even outdoors, is prohibited (penalty: €200, plus damages and reporting to authorities).
ANIMALS: it is forbidden to keep animals of any kind unless explicitly authorized.
UTILITIES: water, electricity, internet, and gas are provided by external suppliers. Management is not responsible for any issues, even temporary, beyond our control.
BED ARRANGEMENT: altering the provided bed setup is prohibited. The use of a double room always counts as occupancy by two persons; if two guests wish to sleep in separate rooms, this must be communicated at the time of booking.
NUMBER OF GUESTS: if there are more guests than the number declared in the reservation, a supplement of € 20.00 per person per day will be applied.
TAMPERING WITH DIGITAL SYSTEMS: hardware or software tampering with the LAN, router/modem, SKY decoder, or TV configuration is prohibited. Violations will result in a €100 penalty.
